How to Nominate
To nominate for the 2026 President's Science and Technology Awards, visit the official website, check eligibility criteria, complete the offline nomination forms and submit them online. Nominees must sign the Declaration, Consent to Personal Data Use and Terms of Participation sections, with digital signatures accepted.

Download and complete the offline forms
Submit the nomination form online
To facilitate a seamless process, nominees are required to sign both the Declaration and Consent to the Use of Personal Data, as well as the Terms of Participation sections in the PSA and PTA forms. Please be advised that two signatures are required, and we accept them in digital/electronic formats.
The deadline for nominations is 15 December 2025.
