How to Nominate

Nominate in 3 easy steps:
• Step 1: Check the award categories and eligibility criteria
• Step 2: Download and complete the required nomination forms (opens in new tab)
• Step 3: Log in (opens in new tab) to submit your completed nomination forms.
Important requirements and notice
• Submission deadline: 30 November 2026
• SingPass required: You must log in via SingPass to access the Nomination Portal
Nominees must complete the Declaration and Consent to the Use of Personal Data and Terms of Participation sections in the PSA and PTA forms. Digital and electronic signatures are accepted.
